Withdrawing Assets from Quanto

Moving assets off the platform.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

At Quanto, we aim to provide a secure, transparent, and efficient process for managing your assets. This guide will walk you through the steps to withdraw your assets, explain how to track your transaction, and highlight critical security measures you must take to protect your funds.

Step-by-Step Withdrawal Guide

Follow these steps to securely withdraw assets from your account:

Navigate to the Withdrawal Page

Log in to your Quanto.trade account and go to your Portfolio/Wallet section. Click on the "Withdraw" button.

Select Your Asset and Network

From the dropdown menu, choose the asset you wish to withdraw (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDC, FARTCOIN). If the asset is supported on multiple blockchain networks, you will be prompted to select the intended one (e.g., Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana (SPL), TRON (TRC-20)).

Enter the Destination Address

Carefully paste the wallet address where you want to send your funds.

⚠️ CRITICAL: Address and Network Accuracy

Triple-check the address. Ensure it is 100% correct. Crypto transactions are irreversible. A withdrawal sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.

Ensure you control the destination address. This should be your personal wallet (e.g., a hardware or software wallet) or a deposit address provided by another exchange.

NEVER withdraw directly to a token or smart contract address. This will result in the permanent loss of your funds. Only withdraw to a wallet or deposit address.

Enter the Amount and Review Fees

Input the amount you wish to withdraw. The network withdrawal fee will be automatically calculated and displayed. This fee is deducted from your withdrawal amount, so the final amount you receive will be Amount - Fee.

Confirm the Withdrawal

Review all details one last time: the asset, network, destination address, and amount. You will be asked to confirm the transaction. Once confirmed, your withdrawal request will be submitted.

Tracking Your Withdrawal

After submitting your request, you can monitor its progress in the "Recent Withdrawal History" section at the bottom of the Withdrawal page. Your transaction can pass through several stages:

  • Pending: Your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted and is in the queue for processing.

Occasionally a withdrawal request may be delayed at this stage - if the network or Quanto system is experiencing severe congestion or our systems have flagged your withdrawal for a manual review.

  • Processing: Your transaction is being broadcast to the blockchain and is awaiting the necessary number of network confirmations.

  • Completed: Your withdrawal has been successfully processed and sent. The transaction ID (txid / transaction hash) will be displayed here. You can use this txid to track your transaction on a public block explorer for the relevant network.

  • Delayed: Your withdrawal is affected by factors indicating the processing time will be significantly longer than expected.

  • Cancelled: The withdrawal has been cancelled, either per your request or by our system. The funds have been returned to your account balance. This may happen if the transaction fails a security check or if it fails to broadcast correctly.

Important Platform Policies

  • QTO Withdrawals processing time: on August 3rd, 2025, Quanto has updated its QTO withdrawal policy - QTO withdrawals are now processed once daily in a single batch at 10:00 AM GMT. This change applies only to QTO withdrawals - all other assets remain instantly withdrawable with no change to current functionality.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the withdrawal address and the selection of the correct blockchain network. Quanto cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address (someone else's address, contract address, pool address, etc.) or network.

  • Security Reviews: To protect our users, Quanto reserves the right to temporarily delay the processing of any withdrawal while we perform a security review. We appreciate your patience during these essential checks.

If you have any doubts or questions before confirming a withdrawal, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Withdrawals via REST API

For traders and institutions who require programmatic access, withdrawals can also be initiated via our secure REST API. Please refer to our official API Documentation for detailed instructions and endpoint information. The same checks and policies apply to API withdrawals.
